At Counseling Hearts, our philosophy is to model and promote a “purpose-full” life. The term "purpose-full" emphasizes the importance of aligning one's actions and choices with a greater purpose or meaning, allowing individuals to experience a deeper sense of fulfillment and satisfaction in their lives. It encourages individuals to explore their passions, values, and aspirations and to make intentional choices that reflect their authentic selves. It suggests being intentional, engaged, time-bound aligned with one's purpose or calling in life.
Mental health counseling addresses a wide range of mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, self-esteem, and emotional regulation. It provides support and evidence-based interventions to improve mental well-being.
